Aileesh is the Director of Sales and Marketing at EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum – an award winning museum in Dublin dedicated to the story of the Irish and their extraordinary influence on the World. She is also a director of Real Experience, specialising in advising clients on customer service.
She has spent much of her career opening and managing hotels, most recently she launched the multi award winning Ballyfin Demesne in Co Laois, voted Best Hotel in the World by Conde Nast Traveller.
She is a graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management, with a MBA from Copenhagen Business School and Business Management Coaching from Scandinavian Leadership.
