  • Chris has been a non -Executive Director for Raynor Foods for five years .He has worked in this capacity  for  several businesses during his career .He has worked as an adviser to family businesses in both Europe and Asia , been a visiting member of Faculty  at Regents University in London, and  has published a number of articles relating to family businesses.

    In this presentation Chris will identify the challenges and opportunities that family businesses face, in the food industry, of ensuring that a sustainable business is passed from one generation to the next. He will focus on both succession in management and ownership and will identify examples of good practice
