A sixth generation son of the soil, Jack grew up on the family farm and helped to dig and peel the first vegetables that went on to become Mash Direct products.
Following a career in journalism that would take him around the world from Nigeria, to Washington DC to London and finally back home to Mash Direct again, Jack used his experience to grow the Mash Direct brand through marketing and exports. Jack won the Belfast Telegraph’s Young Business Person of the Year and has recently been shortlisted as Ulster Tatler’s Businessman of the Year Award.
